Frequently asked questions
Quick answers
Select a question to open a short guide.
Check notification permission, background activity, battery optimization, and any additional restrictions from the device manufacturer. Android may delay background events, so a notification may not always appear at the exact second.
While creating or editing a task, open the recurrence settings. Choose daily, weekly, monthly, selected dates, or create copies for future days.
Open a task, select the attachment button, and choose a file through the Android system interface. File availability can depend on its location, permissions, or whether the original has been moved or deleted.
Check that microphone permission is enabled, enough storage is available, and another app is not currently using the microphone.
In the task editor, enter a name or number manually, or use the Android contact picker. The selected information will be linked to that task.
If a phone number is attached to the task, select the call button. The app can open the system phone app with that number, and you confirm the next action.
Open the task and select Share. Android will display installed apps that can receive the task text and available details.
Open category settings, enter a name, choose a color, and save the new category. You can then assign it to tasks.
Open Statistics from the bottom navigation. It shows created, active, completed, and overdue tasks, progress, and category and priority breakdowns.
Open Android settings, find Tasks in the app list, and clear its data. Uninstalling usually removes local data as well, but backups may remain depending on Android and account settings.
